Most trips are scoped within 1–3 business days after your discovery call. Proposals typically arrive within 2–5 business days (complex, multi-stop itineraries may take longer). Once you approve, we place holds, collect deposits, and confirm all services.
Travel dates/window, departure city, budget comfort zone, interests (relaxation, culture, adventure, family), accessibility/dietary notes, traveler names and ages, and flexibility on dates or hotels. The more context we have, the better the match and pricing.
We show all taxes/fees before you pay. Our planning/service fee of $250,00 per booked week covers research, proposal revisions, booking management, and concierge support before and during travel. Supplier commissions (when applicable) never raise your price—our job is to secure the best value and perks your dates allow.
Policies vary by airline, hotel, cruise, and activity provider. We’ll outline your exact deadlines and penalties before you pay. If plans change, we handle requotes, date shifts, and refunds where eligible. We also recommend travel insurance for medical, delay, and interruption protection.
We use email and messaging for quick updates and approvals, and hop on calls as needed. Before departure you’ll receive a tidy itinerary with confirmations, tickets, and contacts. During travel we provide message-based concierge support for timing tweaks, route ideas, or unexpected hiccups.
