If you green-light a tailored build, we charge a transparent planning/service fee (quoted up front). It covers research & design, vetted supplier sourcing, holds & bookings, proposal iterations, payment coordination, and message-based concierge support before and during travel. All taxes/fees are shown before you pay anything.
No hidden fees. We quote the full trip price you would pay, with all taxes/fees visible. Where suppliers compensate agencies, it does not increase your total; our goal is best value for your dates—often with added perks (amenities, upgrades, credits) available only through our partners.
We compare apples-to-apples (same dates, room/cabin, cancellation terms). Where policies allow, we request a price adjustment or add amenities through preferred-partner programs. Proposal prices are time-sensitive and may expire or change with availability—we’ll flag deadlines and hold options when possible.
